Overview

Nataterra is an asymmetric territory-control board game that seamlessly blends resource management, technology progression, and a one-of-a-kind combat system within a rich, high-fantasy world brimming with potential. At the heart of Nataterra lies an innovative combat system that functions as a game within the game. When players engage in battle within a designated zone, each unit is represented on its own separate board. This dynamic creates opportunities for deep strategic thinking and high-stakes decision-making. Unlock and advance through the deck-based technology tree, where every card you play not only opens new pathways but also enhances your civilization's capabilities. By unlocking new technologies and components, you’ll expand your faction's strength and unlock even more tactical opportunities. The game’s world is brought to life with 17 unique map tiles, each made up of six hexagons. This design ensures both stability and an abundance of diverse biomes and resources to explore. The modular nature of the tiles allows for nearly infinite configurations, ensuring that each playthrough requires fresh strategies and offers nearly endless replayability. In Nataterra, players can choose from four distinct civilizations, each with its own set of strengths, abilities, and playstyles.
